Raising Education is an education agency based in Birmingham. The agency provides information and advice about universities’ application processes, but also provides guidance and advice on how to attain a good standard of life for Chinese students in the UK. Therefore, Raising Education offers a comprehensive service from assisting with university application, to settling down in local accommodation. The aim is for students (the main clients) easily adapt to the environment when they arrive the UK. 

We found the core values of Raising Education are optimism, professionalism, thoughtfulness, and trust, which span across their services. We designed the key message “Your UK study starts with Raising” to reflect those four core values— the optimistic attitude, professional consultation, thoughtful services, trust worthy information as a way to start their study journey with Raising.
